Main duties include
- Make quotation to customers;
- Enter order into internal system;
- Process documents related to Import/ Export for (Non-)EPE customers;
- Update Customers’ information on data-based system;
- Maintain good relationship with Customers;
- Closely contact and cooperate with Warehouse & Forwarder;
- Contact and cooperate with HQ;
- Check inventories of all types monthly and quarterly;
- Process trial, returned goods;
- Prepare materials for Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Report;
- Filing & update internal documents;
- Procure office supplies, equipment maintenance, car arrangement, ticket & hotel booking;
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
