Setup new pharmaceutical factory in compliance with WHO-GMP and Japanese PIC/S GMP standards:
- Prepare general SOPs (mainly concerned with Qualification, Validation, Change control and Deviation, In-process control, Stability, Annual product review...)
- System qualification: HVAC, purified water, compressed air.
- Process validation: support Japanese site during technical transfer process (IQ, OQ, PQ). Then responsible for PV process at Vietnamese site.
- Change control & Deviation.
- Review other departments' SOPs to eliminate the conflicts, in order to ensure GMP compliance.
- Check technical transfer documents.
- Internal Audit.
