Nội dung nghiệp vụ:

Build and implement plans to recruit, train and develop the human resources on term (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Payroll
Monitor and handle the social insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance policy for employees in company
Plan and manage HR budget
Monitor, update, and manage HR profile and list of company employees
Advise BOD, BOM to build HR policies (salary, wealth fare, bonus, discipline, work appraisal…), corporate policy and procedures, and develop organization of the company.
Organize, supervise the implementation of HR procedures for employees and solve problems in labor relation.
Actively develop strong network through employer & employees to maintain the close relationship. Support other departments related in training and recruiting HR.
Organize the team building to promote and motivate the spirit of employees to maintain and develop culture and core values of company.
Implement disciplines as prevailing law.
Perform any other task as required from time to time by Manager, HR Admin, Director
Conduct and manage the day-to-day administrative work.
Purchase/allocate/update the assets usage status in the company
