Phúc lợi xã hội - y tế Basic salary: 9.300.000 vnd
Parking fee: 150.000 vnd
Perfect attendance: 630.000 vnd
Commuting allowance: 420.000 vnd
Meal allowance: 525.000 vnd
Japanese qualification allowance: N2 2.000.000 vnd/ N3 1.000.000 vnd/ N4 315.000 vnd
(need to bring original docement, certificate)

Probation period: 1 month 85% salary and allowance

Bonus: 1 month (pay 2 times each 0.5 month basic salary before after Tet VN)
※staff who worked for 6 months more (calculate at the end of the year)
Increase in salary: 1 time / year
Others: Social insurance, Health check
