Nội dung nghiệp vụ:

- Follow Ex-factory goods or shipping date for POs issued.
- Arrange vessel booking for related Incoterm (such as FOB FCA EXW)
- Coordinate with Seller doing the shipping documents issued correctly and sufficiently
- Do internal payment request for the import/export costs related
- Do customs declaration proficiently use ECUSS/ VNACCS software
- Supervise all service vendors carry out customs clearance and transportation services.
- Coordinate with Logistics team to transfer the import containers to the jobsite or the warehouse
- Update legal regulations on import-export activities
- Making and tracking BOM and inventory of materials
- Check and compare data with accounting, warehouse and make final settlement reports of raw materials and finished products of the enterprise to the customs.
- Work with Customs and other departments of Government to get import/export license and solve all problem related to import/export and making CO
- Update HS code, check duty free goods and preferential taxes for some organizations such as ATIGA, ACFTA, VJEPA… to calculate import taxes and report to related departments..
- Other tasks as assigned by direct management
