Architectural and Urban Design Projects, Production (For not only projects in Vietnam, but also projects in Japan and the other countries.

As supporting role for company’s design service operations, you will assist other staffs:
- Support works for Urban and Architectural Designs led programed by company.
- Production works for Proposal and Design works for Architectural and Urban Design Projects,
- Attend for Presentation, Workshop, and Meetings for Urban and Architectural Design Projects,
- Marketing works for New Projects and Business: including visit potential clients, hearing for new projects, observation to the project sites, due diligence for target buildings, etc.
- Assist all of the Design team members in tasks required for the project(s),
- Manage the design process from concept phase to construction documents
- Manage project schedule to ensure the schedule of design on-track and personnel requirements,
- Liaise with the owner and consultants and sub-contractors, work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
- Direct/cooperate to the project team members to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects,
- Attend meetings with Client(s), projects related parties and internal meetings,
- Control the coordination of work with related local authority and infirm departments.
