1. General Management
- • Join with HR Manager in setting and developing department’s goals.
- • Cooperate with HR Manager to make the new HR system.
- • Update yearly HR budget and ensure that HR expenses are within budget.
- • Forecast HR expense and labor cost every month, analyze the data if necessary.
2. Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Timesheet, ensuring timekeeping on time and accurately.
- • Monthly Payroll and Yearly bonus for all employees (includes Vietnamese & Japanese).
- • Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance.
- • Premium health insurance, 24/24 accident insurance, business trip insurance.
- • Personal Income Tax such as: Tax Registration, Family Deductions, PIT finalization.
- • Final payment for employee resigned, controlling Turnover rate.
- • Labor contract, ensuring on time and accurately.
