Meets and exceeds sales target
Develops and maintains a customer-focused list by proposing focused customers and business opportunities
based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
Identifies solutions for customer needs
Acquires new customers; Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer needs.
Follows up on quotations with customer and supports in the cash collection of unpaid / overdue invoices for the customers.
応募資格 | University degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experiences 3-5 years working experience in services B2B sales with strong market sense Experience in Testing Inspection, Certification (TIC) or related field would be an advantage Good command of spoken and written English Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com High sales skills including cold-call, presentation and negotiation Proven track record in sales Can-do and self-starter working attitude. Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area High problem solving skills, analytical/ observation and interpersonal skills; Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility; Be able to work independently as well as team work; Be able to work in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment. |
