業務内容:

Thai Van Lung restaurant SUIZAN Manager
* Manage Kitchen, Floor 7staffs, menu and more. Customer service
* Recruit and train new staff
* Sales management (treat cash)
* Report to Vietnamese Area Manager

People who worked at restaurants in Japan are good
Skill: Need management skill (solve problems)
Language: A level that can serve Japanese customers is required (main customer is Japanese)
Others: Cheerful character person, enough stamina
Prefer person who wants to open own restaurant in the future.

勤務地 ホーチミン
勤務時間 7:30-22:00 *Actual work 8 hours. Break is 2-3 hours.
給与
福利・厚生 Basic salary: 9.300.000 vnd
Parking fee: 150.000 vnd
Perfect attendance: 630.000 vnd
Commuting allowance: 420.000 vnd
Meal allowance: 525.000 vnd
Japanese qualification allowance: N2 2.000.000 vnd/ N3 1.000.000 vnd/ N4 315.000 vnd
(need to bring original docement, certificate)

Probation period: 1 month 85% salary and allowance

Bonus: 1 month (pay 2 times each 0.5 month basic salary before after Tet VN)
※staff who worked for 6 months more (calculate at the end of the year)
Increase in salary: 1 time / year
